Greenphage is continuing its collaboration with the VBIC lab of the University of Montpellier and the Department of Infectious Diseases of the CHU Nรฎmes, and published this month a new article in the AAC (Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy) journal. This article, entitled “The zebrafish embryo model: unveiling its potential for investigating phage therapy against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infection”, validates the use of the zebrafish embryo model to assess the efficacy of bacteriophage treatments in vivo. This study will contribute to open new avenues by offering a versatile and cost-effective strategy for evaluating anti-infective agents in the early stages of preclinical development. Congratulations to all the co-authors and associated teams !
